Mindful leadership is a radical act.

Expand your knowledge and your network at our uplifting and intimate gathering where women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals pause, connect, and nourish the mind. Discover practical ways to bring mindfulness into everyday leadership.

Why emotional intelligence is the foundation of great leadership
Practical tools for stress management and staying centred
The connection between self-awareness, compassion, and performance
How mindful leaders inspire trust, collaboration, and calm under pressure
Generous-spirited women leaders who welcome new members
