    As the founder of DL Social, Demelza Leonard is committed to helping small and large businesses reach their potential through Social Media, Marketing & Podcasting. With over 19 years media and 14 years marketing experience , Demelza fuses her knowledge and expertise to help business owners use multiple marketing tools to their advantage. Demelza is also the creator of Australia’s first online radio station for small business, freelancers and students, Boss Mode Radio which recently evolved into The Boss Mode Show podcast series.
