Perry Kleppe is the founder and Managing Director of GR8 Disability Housing, a leading NDIS housing provider in Western Australia. A passionate advocate for the independence, choice and control at the heart of the NDIS, Perry has become a trailblazer in this complex and rewarding corner of the housing market. Over the past decade, he has built a dedicated team of specialist disability accommodation providers working closely with families, participants, service coordinators and support workers. Responsible for Perth's largest portfolio of Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Perry offers industry-leading insight into helping participants unlock their NDIS funding to live in a fully accessible home suited to their needs — backed by decades of experience in real estate, financial planning and finance broking.
Emily Lennox - Director, Rose Disability Services
Emily Lennox is Director of Rosie Disability Services, a Perth-based provider specialising in Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, and Director of RDS Academy, which delivers NDIS training in areas such as report writing and navigating the Scheme's complexities. Her career began in emergency healthcare as a frontline Mental Health Paramedic before moving into a specialist 000 Paramedic role. She later transitioned into the disability sector as an NDIS Planner, gaining valuable insight into the Scheme from within the planning environment. Drawing on this diverse background, Emily now works across complex Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination cases, while helping other professionals strengthen their NDIS knowledge, practice and report writing.
Caroline Yates - Co-Founder & Director, SN Services
Caroline Yates is Co-Founder and Director of SN Services, a Western Australian complex care provider supporting children and adults with significant clinical and disability needs in their own homes. A Registered Nurse with a background in intensive care, oncology, palliative care and senior nursing leadership, she brings a clinical lens to the commercial realities of sustainable care delivery. Caroline is also Founder and Chair of the WA Complex Care Alliance, advocating for workforce capability, clinical governance and risk-proportionate care. Having grown SN Services over five years into a major WA employer, she speaks candidly about growth, funding and the leadership decisions needed to protect quality and sustainability.
