This month the spotlight is on the amazing flavours of Peruvian cuisine!
Get ready to dive into Peruvian culture through food with guidance from local facilitator, Gabriela Castro!
Menu:
Entree - Tequeños de lomo con salsa a la huancaína – crispy pastry sticks filled with beef, served with a creamy Huancaína sauce (made with Peruvian yellow chilli).
Main - Causa rellena – layered mashed potato dish made with Peruvian yellow chilli paste and filled with seasoned chicken.
Dessert - Alfajores de maicena – traditional cornstarch sandwich cookies filled with manjar blanco.
