What to Expect

PERVERSION is a techno-heavy dance party featuring international and local artists. Immerse yourself in the music and euphoria. Your restraints are removed at PERVERSION

Don't expect an array of apparatus - there are heaps of excellent parties in Melbourne already specialising in this. Our focus is the journey the music takes you on with your fellow deviants. If your journey takes you on a sexually adventurous course, do this in a safe and consensual way

What's the look and feel of party? Imagine a Melbourne version of Folsom Europe's PiG. Or look back on our first PERVERSION party in 2021 - the pictures courtesy of Dean Arcuri are here

We acknowledge that Australia is stolen land and that sovereignty was never ceded.

We’d like to acknowledge this history and pay our respect to elders both past, present and emerging.

Recognising this we would like to offer complimentary tickets to our Folsom Down Under events to those identifying as First Nations Australians. We ask that only mob take up this offer given it is made to acknowledge that we are producing our events on stolen land.

With limited capacities at the venues we work with we kindly ask mob who would like to accept a first nation ticket to register online first by sending us a message. Tell us which event you’d like to attend, and let us know you're First Nations.

We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Bunurong Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin Nation and pay respect to their Elders past, present and emerging.

Folsom Down Under is a community-driven not for profit that aims to nurture, protect, normalise, and celebrate sexually adventurous queer subculture.
For the benefit of the diverse range of individuals and groups who make-up our community, we will champion these objectives through activities including:

The development and delivery of mentorship, health, education and inclusivity programmes;
Advocacy, resistance and protest in policy, legislative and regulatory areas;
Festival and event production.
