Do you want to delve deeper in the science of wellbeing? The PESA South Australia State Chapter has got you covered! Come and join us for an afternoon of learning and inspiration on all things wellbeing.
Participants will explore the fundamental principles of why wellbeing is a crucial component in schools. Jenni Cook will deliver a keynote address on the why and how of wellbeing in education. Following this, there will be three practical spotlight sessions, packed with actionable tips that can be applied in any classroom or subject.

- 4:30pm - Keynote: Wellbeing Science/Positive Education in Schools - what is it, why is it important and how can you do it? Presented by Jenni Cook.
- 5:10pm - Embedding Wellbeing Science into Health and PE. Presented by George Bryant, Christian Brothers College.
- 5:30pm - Trauma-Informed Strategies for Enhancing Student Wellbeing. Presented by Judy Hilton, Berry Street.
- 5:50pm - The Why, What, When and Where of Brain Breaks. Presented by Sean Inman, Head of Wellbeing Programs, St Peter's College Adelaide.
