Event description

Aussie seafood is something that is truly beautiful.  We have sourced the sea urchin and local seasonal reef fish frames (coral fish, snapper, cod, etc) from our friends at Rufus King Seafoods in Ashgrove and made it into a golden creamy emulsified pescatarian ramen.  Expect the broth to have intense seafood umami that is well rounded by thyme butter.  Matched with #16 medium thick noodles, topped with scallops, sea urchin cream and seasonal garden produce.   

We will also open for walk in trade so there will be the usual items on the menu for non-ticket holders.  

We can cater to dietary requests to the extent possible from our regular menu but can not cater for dietary requests or alter the ticketed ramen (except for add on toppings from the regular ramen menu).  This particular feature ramen contains, soy, gluten, molluscs, dairy.  If you do have severe allergies, please attend this event at your own risk.
