Pesto Making, Bumble Bee Homes & Sourdough Bugs

Student-led tours will guide visitors through the garden, offering insights into our plants and practices. Throughout the day, we’ll host engaging demonstrations, including:

• How to build a bumblebee

• How to make fresh pesto using a variety of garden ingredients

• How to create and care for a sourdough starter (“bug”)

These hands-on activities will showcase sustainable practices and encourage visitors to try them at home.

Adult property entry is $3 cash or use your Backyards Bundle card, kids under 12 years have free entry.
