For this Pet Portrait Watercolor Class, I ask that you bring a black and white print out or photo copy of your favorite photo of your pet. Head shots work best for the type of painting we're doing. Print it on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.

If you don't have a pet or don't have a picture on hand, this is also fun to do with different animals and I will have several options available on hand or you're welcome to print your own and bring that(ie dolphin, whale, fox, wolf, etc...)

Come explore your creative side and enjoy some wonderful local wine while you paint! I encourage you to make it unique, YOU are the artist.

No experience necessary, artists of all levels are welcomed and encouraged. Instructor, Elisa Mack, is a seasoned watercolor artist and has been holding classes for the past three years. She loves sharing her love of watercolor and strives to make the medium fun and accessible for everyone.

She offers quality instruction so that you can feel relaxed and enjoy the process, learn a new art medium, and take home a beautiful painting to show friends and family. Most paint & sip events feature acrylic painting - if you've attended one in the past, at this event you'll learn a new process and technique painting with artist-grade watercolor paints. The painting will be completed on 8x10 watercolor paper, and you'll be able to take it home with a matte and protective sleeve.
