A collaboration of leading professionals in the pet industry coming together to spread awareness and education on Arthritis Awareness month and Dog Anxiety Awareness Week. With a line-up of experts in their respective fields, each will discuss how working in conjunction with your vet and other therapeutic treatments can help improve your pet’s overall health.

Our speakers:

Dr Jess Beer, Veterinary Behaviourist: Kiwi Vet Behaviour - The Awareness of Chronic Pain in Cats and Dogs, and how it relates to Arthritis and Anxiety.

Ellie Clark, Head Vet Nurse: The Skin Vet - Skin disease and how that can link in with exacerbating Anxiety and Stress. Plus, tips on how to control skin disease and signs to look out for.

Mary-Anne, Massage Therapist: Greyt Touch Canine Massage Therapy - Canine Massage for Chronic Pain, Arthritis and Anxiety. Plus, a live demonstration.

Sarah Cruickshank (Physiotherapist), Ashley Young (Physiotherapist), and Rachael Varcoe (Hydrotherapist): The Veterinary Physiotherapy team at VSA- Physiotherapy for the Arthritic Patient, a live demonstration on treatment techniques and a pain trace to demonstrate the pain-relieving effects of physio.
