Event description

As part of the Queensland Chief Entrepreneurs Regional Roadshow, join Peter Laurie, Director, Junta for an interactive presentation.

Understanding Investors

From a founder's point of view, investors are a strange group. They have the expertise, contacts, and the cash that founders need, but sometimes seem to be unwilling to put that into action.
A perspective change can help.
When we are talking about investment, your business is the product, which makes the investors the customers.
As a founder you know not to sell products to customers without first understanding them.
But that is exactly the way that most founders approach the task, making the whole thing a lot harder than it should be.

Peter Laurie is going to take us through how investors think and how to communicate why your business is a good investment.
