PetFest Market is a fun community indoor market bringing together makers, creators and small businesses showcasing all kinds of pet products, goods and services. From treats and toys, to accessories, handmade products and gifts.
It is the perfect event for pet lovers to shop, discover and support local businesses and a fun day out for all the family!

This PetFest Market is being held indoors in the historic Box Hill Town Hall.
Visitors are unable to bring their own pets.
Don't worry there will still be some amazing animals to meet and enjoy throughout the day with our special animal displays.
Please note all person's 16 years and above require a valid General Admission Ticket.
State approved Companions Cards accepted and must be shown on entry.

- Do I need a ticket?
Yes, every individual aged 16 years or older will require a General Admission ticket.
- Are there concession tickets?
All tickets are General Admission for those ages 16 years and over.
- Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
Yes, you can! However, we recommend that you skip the queue and pre-purchase online to get the early-bird rate.
- Can I bring my pet?
We would love to see your pets however at this event is in Box Hill Town Hall, visitors cannot bring their own pets. There will be animal displays inside to see and enjoy!
Registered Assistance animals such as Guide Dogs are able to attend to with owner/handler.
- Where can I park?
Parking is available across the road from the Box Hill Town Hall at the Care Park - 5 Watts Street, Box Hill. This car park is FREE on Sundays.
There is also street parking available in the area nearby Box Hill Town Hall.
- Can I use my Companion Card?
Yes, all state approved Companion Cards will be accepted. The companion of a ticket holder can enter for free with a valid ticket holder. Card must be shown at the door.
- Can I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes, all tickets are fully transferrable and can be forwarded or shared to another person.
- Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refund will be provided for change of mind or change of circumstances. All tickets are fully transferable - If you are unable to attend for any reason, please give your to ticket to someone else who may like to attend.
In the case that the PetFest Market is cancelled for any reason, all tickets will be fully refunded.
- Can I bring my Guide Dog or Assistance Dog?
Yes. Registered Assistance Dogs are welcome to attend with their owner/handler.
