Well beyond the ambient, low lighting that ignite your senses,
How the movements awaken your inherent feminine aliveness in the body,
Inclusive of the willing women that are drawn, like moths to a flame, into the space to self-empower through dance together.

Pheels - A Heels dance workshop of Props, Pleasure and Feminine Power.
Pheels because we're about to feel a new level of being through Heels dance and well props because, let's face it, props are there to be pleasurably played with and explored.

What to expect when you join:
- The definition of sweet sugar and spice facilitation methods
- A safe and considered space for movement exploration, emotional expression and play
- To be met where you are and encouraged to lean into the challenging parts of new learnings
- Drop in circle to get to know your fellow movement honeys
- Warm up stretches and somatic exercises to welcome the energy that desires to come online
- Introduction to character building through facial exploration
- Step by step break down of 10 movements that will be fused into the choreography
- A chair-based choreography piece of about 45 seconds (song TBA on my Instagram closer to the date... keep your eyes peeled! Instagram: @yourwildwithin)

What you'll need to feel prepared:
- A long sleeve, button up shirt over clothing that makes you feel sexy and that you can comfortably dance in
(I now streamline for a crop, high cut briefs and fishnets with my knee high boots but this is what gets me feeling slinky. Set your own standard for sexy and own it!)
- Knee pads - thank me later!
- Heeled shoes or long black socks
- A water bottle - cold, filtered water is available on site
- Snacks for our 15min break
- An open, willing mind ready to learn and courageous heart ready to be seen and experienced
