Sunday Piano Sound Bath - Disney Love

Join Joan and Paula for live piano and sound healing, just before the festive season takes over. The busiest time of year is the easiest time to forget ourselves. Come and slow down with us, as we play through a few different chapters of love: romantic love, love for family and friends, and the love we sometimes forget to give ourselves.

There is no wrong way to be here. Sit, lie down, sway, dance or wander. Bring someone you love, or come on your own.

What to expect

This is a 75-minute sound bath with guided meditation.

No experience with meditation or sound healing required.

As the piano plays, layers of voices, crystal bowls, drums and other instruments, rise and fall around you.

What to bring

A yoga mat;
A blanket;
A pillow or cushion;
Anything else that helps you get comfortable lying down for 75 mins.
An eye mask and a water bottle are lovely too. Wear soft, warm clothing, your body temperature drops when you’re still.
