Sunday Piano Sound Bath

Join Joan and Paula for a relaxing sound bath built around live piano as the anchor, with the beloved film music of Studio Ghibli as your map. Joan and Paula weave sound healing and live piano into one seamless journey to guide you out into nature, through water, wind and storm, and gently home to yourself. Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.

What to expect

This is a 75-minute sound bath with guided meditation.

No experience with meditation or sound healing required.

Arrive, settle in, and let the sound do the rest.

As the piano plays, layers of sound healing instruments, crystal bowls, wave drum, thunder drum, frog sound and hand drums, rise and fall around you.

What to bring

A yoga mat;
A blanket;
A pillow or cushion;
Anything else that helps you get comfortable lying down for 75 mins.
An eye mask and a water bottle are lovely too. Wear soft, warm clothing, your body temperature drops when you’re still.
