Heard of a Flash Mob? How about a Pickle Mob? SSHHH! We are doing one with Sandor Katz at Carriageworks during the farmers market and we'd like your help. Buy a pass now - choose your time 9.30 am or 10.30 am - come and get your MOB bag, collect your ingredients from market producers - and then fill your jar to ferment into pickles with Sandor himself.

You'll take home a Fowlers Vaccola fermenting jar,lids and airlock, all jammed packed and ready to ferment on your bench. No more vinegar pickles for you - that's the instant coffee of the pickle world! It's time we brought the true old fashioned full to the brim, living pickle back.
