Picnic Celebration- 36yrs of Mountain Trails

Please join us to help celebrate 36 years of Mountain Trails. With Mountain Trails ceasing operation in its current form, we would like to provide an opportunity to gather and appreciate the impact this ministry has had.

We will gather below the Woolshed Campsite for a picnic lunch. Lamb and sides will be provided, however, if you would prefer something other than lamb or have complex dietary requirements, please bring your own. Water, tea, and coffee will be available but please BYO all other drinks. Responsible consumption of alcohol is accepted. Tables and chairs will be set up, but if you would like to bring your own camp chair, please do.

Lunch will be followed with short formalities and afternoon tea. Please bring a small plate of sweets to share.

The remainder of the afternoon will include lawn games, catching up with old friends, and sharing the many stories we all hold of our time/involvement with Mountain Trails. If the weather permits, the dam will be available for a swim, all children are to be supervised by a responsible adult.

On the day we will have people directing you to our parking areas and our picnic location. If you or someone you know is unable to drive out to our site, please let us know and we can assist in arranging transport from Canberra.

If you wish to stay the night, you are welcome to either camp or we can allocate a cabin for you/your family. We just ask that you leave all rooms clean and assistance with cleaning communal areas on Sunday morning would be appreciated. During your stay we will have BBQs and the barn available for meals, you will need to provide your own food. We ask that you respect this space and clean up after yourselves.
