Event description

As we continue to move forward with dancing in December and celebrate Picnic One Night Stand for that month; it's only fitting we asked our next guest to come out and play.

He’s one of our tried and true DJ heroes who has graced the decks at Picnic and One Night Stand countless times but always brings something different when he steps up to the wheels of steel. Please welcome…

Ben Fester

A name synonymous with dancefloors in Sydney, Ben Fester has spent the better part of the past decade keeping us dancing. And dancing hard, at that. His record collection paired with his skills in the booth have seen him open for the likes of masters like Ben UFO, Moodymann, Floating Points and Omar-S, and he’s always in danger of outclassing the headline act. He’s also a badass producer, who just dropped his ‘Lock Box’ EP on Paper Cuts Limited back in May. Between all this, his Heavenly parties and his long-running Thursday Sunsets residency on FBi Radio with Kato, there isn’t much more we can say besides you just have to see him for yourself. He can stitch together dub and disco, house and jungle, UKG and techno, all in the one set, and does it with a smile on his face.

Come December 10, we welcome Ben Fester back to the One Night Stand stage at Tokyo Sing Song and trust us when we say, this is not one you want to miss. After his back to back One Night Stands in April this year, which both sold out, we have no doubt this one will too so don’t sleep on tickets.

Our hostess with the mostest is Millie Sykes; as you know she's been honing her moves (and looks) in lockdown for months and we're excited to have her lead the dance!
