Event description

It’s been a long time coming, but we’re finally getting to lift the proverbial tin roof off Tokyo Sing Song with Wax’o Paradiso in the hot seat all night long.

Dubbed the Dimboola triangle of lost groove, Wax’o has popped up in floating rooftop gardens, luscious convents, shipping containers, train yards, supernatural amphitheaters, smack bang under the Sydney Harbour bridge and soon to accompany us into the belly of the Sydney Opera House!

United by a firm belief that Pavlova is indeed the Queen of the dessert, the Wax’o Paradiso - aka Edd Fisher and Simon TK - are hell-bent on getting you hell-bent.

And we’re all for it! So in the spirit of Wax'o... Let’s go possums!

Picnic is a Sydney-based touring, events, music curation and consulting company. We've toured and partied with acts like DJ Harvey, Peggy Gou, Andrew Weatherall, Jayda G, Moodymann, DJ Sprinkles, Lena Willikens and KiNK—and we've done it everywhere from warehouses, clubs, pubs and bars to the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Town Hall. We've also handled holistic music direction for venues like Harpoon Harry, soundtracked restaurants and shops all over the city with individually tailored playlists, curated month-long event programmes for Vivid Sydney, and worked with Australia's biggest and best festivals, venues, agents and promoters, establishing a vast network both at home and abroad. We're all about quality and attention to detail, and for 12 years we've only packed our basket with the best.
