Picture the Possibility: Inspiration for the Weddin Wattle Trails

Local businesses, Councillors, Council staff and interested community members are invited to come along to hear from Dr. Suzette Searle of the Wattle Day Association, who will share images and experiences from her trip to see Australian acacias promoted as a tourist attraction along La Route du Mimosa in south-east France.

We will then have a round-table discussion to brainstorm ideas, gather opinions and determine actions for how we could enhance opportunities associated with the Weddin Wattle Trails to boost the local economy, with the added bonus of benefiting the local environment and farms.
