Picture This!  Share your photos with the world

There is a lack of quality New Zealand (and Wellington) imagery on Wikimedia Commons and it’s our mission to change this! If you’re a photographer or photo enthusiast, come and find out how to use Wikimedia Commons to upload your photos and make them available to all.

WORKSHOP 1
Saturday 9 March, 1–5pm
An introduction to the Wiki World. Creating an account, learning about Creative Commons and diving into Wikimedia Commons. You are now ready to shoot!

WORKSHOP 2
Saturday 13 April, 1–5pm
Come back and share your photos with the group. Learn about uploading to WikiCommons and making your images discoverable for everyone to use. There is a prize for the best contribution.

Photospace Gallery, 37 Courtenay Place, Wellington, Studio, Level 1
