PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS
The champagnes of Pierre Gimonnet & Fils are intricately assembled by masterful hands exclusively from enviably positioned and painstakingly tended old vines. Every cuvee sings is aspiration of precision, purity and minerality. Each speaking to articulately of its place in the northern Côte des Blancs through an expressive, chalky minerality. Today the estate is managed by brothers Didier and Olivier Gimonnet, whose sons have also recently joined the family business.

YOUR HOSTS
You host for the evening is Arnaud Gimonnet, Olivier's son, who joined the family estate in 2022 but has lived and breathed wine his whole life. After studying agricultural sciences in Paris and oenology in Montpellier, Arnaud worked outside the estate for ten years, mainly in Bordeaux as a viticulture and oenology consultant. Thanks to the diversity of his clients (Bordeaux, Val de Loire, Sancerre, Georgia, England, Turkey...), Arnaud has been able to acquire expertise in the current challenges of viticulture, in particular the adaptations that must be made in the face of climate change and to protect the environment, apllying them back on the family estate.

Arnaud will also be joined by Champagne Ambassador and Emperor CEO, Kyla Kirkpatrick, delivering interesting insights to the champagne.
