PILATES 4 THE PEOPLE is a movement dedicated to bringing people together to support those in need while encouraging a healthy lifestyle and community to empower ourselves and each other, ultimately making an impact in the world and using our voices to facilitate change and make a difference. We hope you leave each session feeling stronger, inspired and motivated to show up as your best, while knowing that your attendance has contributed to a good cause.

Founded by a team of Pilates enthusiasts, Pilates 4TP combines a passion for health and wellness while encouraging people to stand up for what's right and use their voices for good. Every voice matters, and every dollar counts which is why we have our 100% donation policy where all the proceeds for each class go directly to charity. We do this for the love of Pilates, and for the people.
