Looking for a relaxing and great way to start the new year that your body will thank you for?

A Fresh Tart in collaboration with the Founder of Fitness Mindset (a holistic approach to personal training), Edu Rotiroti, is offering a $15 Pilates and Lattes introductory sessions on Thursday 18 January, 8am to 9am and Wednesday 24 January, 1pm to 2pm.

The sessions include:

A review of your movement to help improve your posture and body alignment.
Exercises that focus on improving your mobility, stability and, strength.
Complimentary coffee at the end of the session.

Duration: 45 min Pilates followed by 15 min coffee/catch-up session (please arrive 10min earlier for introduction and to fill out questionnaire)

Location: Meet at A Fresh Tart Cafe (group will walk to Maundrell Park for the pilates session and will return to the Cafe for coffee).

No experience is needed. All you need to bring is a water bottle and towel and we will provide you with a yoga mat for the session.
