Stretch, sip and settle into something a little different.

Join Sonya from Meet Me At The Barre Pilates for a guided Pilates session with a twist.  Energise and reset with a well-earned glass of prosecco, to hydrate you throughout your Pilates session.

 

Think mindful movement, good company, and treat yourself to a cheeky sparkle to finish!

 

Mats and good vibes are provided. Your ticket includes a glass of prosecco on arrival.

 

No experience needed, just a willingness to move, reset and indulge a little.
