Attend an invigorating and aligning mat Pilates class followed by sound bowl healing.

Expect 45 minutes of moving with your breathe and body lead by Dr. Marissa Shupperd, owner of Body Balancing Physical Therapy, to ignite and connect through your core. The class will be followed up by a 20 min crystal sound bowl healing lead by Diane McShea, Co-Owner of Hidden Grounds Coffee, to balance your energetic systems. Leave feeling connected, balanced, and in greater flow.

The event will be held inside the warm and welcoming Hidden Grounds Coffee.

Bring your own mat. Some blankets will be available. Specialty, organic coffee drinks available for purchase after the event.
