Pilates & Yoga with Mary & Jaya is your chance to add some fun to your movement! Mary will take you through 30 minutes of Pilates where you will learn how to get stronger, activating those deep core muscles. Jaya will then guide you through 30 minutes of Yoga & Meditation as you move into your Sunday flow through breath & stretching.

Mary is trained & certified in the Basi Pilates repertoire which is internationally recognised, and Jaya is 200hr vinyasa & 25hr yin certified through Yoga213 in Melbourne.

We'll have some snacks ready to go for you after too, so we can refuel and have a chance to chat!

WHAT YOU NEED:
Just yourselves! There is plenty of street parking available near Woke Yoga. Mats and props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

VERY IMPORTANT:

All participants will need to provide proof of double vaccination.
