Led by a qualified Pilates instructor, this class is designed to support all experience levels, guiding you through gentle, intentional movement to help improve flexibility, posture, balance and overall wellbeing.

Whether you are new to Pilates or already enjoy regular practice, this morning session offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, move with purpose and enjoy a mindful start to the day.

Set within the beautiful surrounds of Marnong Estate, Pilates at Marnong Estate is ideal for those looking to prioritise wellness, reconnect with their body and enjoy a refreshing morning experience in a warm and welcoming environment.

To complete your morning, guests are also welcome to enjoy an optional breakfast at Marnong Estate following the class. A table will be reserved for attendees, creating the perfect opportunity to unwind, refuel and continue the wellness experience after your workout. Breakfast is not included in the ticket price and will be available to purchase separately on the day.
