A morning pilates class at Soul Studio — a great way to kick off your Wednesday.

"An energising and balanced practice for all levels. Using the pilates method to tone, strengthen and lengthen your body while improving posture, alignment and balance. Through diaphragmatic breathing and corrective spine exercises, you'll leave feeling connected and centred".

The class runs for one hour in a room set to around 30°C, so bring a sweat towel and water bottle.
