Join us at Pavilion by Slingtown for a morning of Pilates, Breathwork and coffee. One free Coffee is included in your ticket purchase.

What's on:

6:30am - Pilates hosted by Madison from MAW Pilates

7:15am - Breathwork by Arthur from Recovery Breath

8:20am - Grab your free Coffee and hang out or head to work :)

What to bring:

-  Active wear for pilates

- Comfortable hoodie for Breathwork

- Optional pillow and blanket for Breathwork

Yoga mats will be provided.
