Pilates for Life

Leave the day behind and reconnect with your body through an intentional Pilates session designed to build strength, stability and body awareness. This class focuses on maintaining functional strength, improving posture, developing core stability and supporting the way we move in everyday life. Expect a balanced mix of controlled Pilates exercises that challenge the whole body without being high impact. This session is ideal for anyone wanting to stay strong and confident in their movement, whether you are new to Pilates or already enjoy regular exercise.

Come for the Pilates and stay for the reset by continuing into The After Work Reset for the perfect follow on session.

The After Work Reset

Wind down and give your body the movement it deserves with a dedicated mobility session focused on creating space, ease and freedom in your movement. This class will explore gentle, purposeful mobility work for key areas of the body - including the neck, shoulders, spine and hips while incorporating stretching, controlled movement, integrated breathwork and trigger point release. The aim is to help you move more comfortably, reduce stiffness and maintain mobility for the long term. This session is suitable for all movement levels, particularly those who spend much of the day sitting, feel stiff or restricted, or simply want to invest in their long-term wellbeing and ability to move with confidence.

Following the Pilates session, The After Work Reset provides a slower, more restorative finish - helping you leave feeling refreshed, mobile and more connected to your body.

What to bring:

Yoga mat
Towel
Water bottle
Warm, comfortable layers (you'll soon warm up as the class gets moving but will want to be cosy when we lay down to rest at the end)
