Pilates for Surfers 🌊

Start your morning with 45 minutes of Pilates designed specifically for surfers. Build strength, improve mobility, increase balance, and develop the stability needed to surf with more confidence while reducing the risk of injuries.

After class, you're invited to join an guided surf session where we'll head into the ocean together. I'll help you choose the best conditions, improve your technique, and build confidence in the waves.

Whether you're catching your very first wave or looking to take your surfing to the next level, these sessions are designed to help you move better, surf better, and connect with like-minded people.
