We’re heading back to the beautiful gardens at Cottesloe Civic Centre for a very special Sunday.

Same feel as Yoga in the Garden, new way to move. This one is all about getting outside, working the body properly, connecting with good humans and setting yourself up for a pretty bloody good Sunday.

We’re teaming up with Courtney Tassicker (@courtneytassicker) for 45 minutes of hot & spicy mat Pilates on the lawn. Expect a full-body burn, controlled movements, spicy sequences and plenty of pulses. A good mix of strength, toning and a little shake, with options for every fitness level.

Then we’ll wind down with a sound healing from Luke Kalani before hanging around for hydration, coffee and a few little extras from some of our favourite partners.

Simple. Beautiful. Good people. Good energy.

THE PLAN:

🚪 11:15AM: Gates open
🤝 11:15AM: Connection intro (15 min)
🧘‍♀️ 11:30AM: Hot & spicy mat Pilates with Courtney (45 min)
🔊 12:15PM: Sound healing with Luke (15 min)
☕️ 12:30PM: Hydration, coffee, lunchtime goodies + hangs. Stay till 2PM or head off, totally up to you
