We’ll begin with a mindful, full-body Pilates practice, followed by a sound bowl reset to help you transition from movement into stillness.

You’ll then be guided through a reflective journaling experience using the beautiful WOI Guided Journal by Words of Introspection, included in your ticket. With 200+ guided prompts, the journal gives you something meaningful to take home and continue exploring beyond the event. We’ll finish with a nourishing chocolate protein cup by Nothing Naughty layered with crunchy granola — a simple, satisfying post-Pilates treat.
