Join us for a 4-Week Pilates Class as part of our Veteran health week - Funded by DVA

Available to all current and ex serving Defence members and their immediate partners.

Promoting health and wellbeing, this program brings participants together through physical activity and shared learning. Over four weeks, you'll experience Pilates classes designed to improve movement, flexibility, and strength. Sessions will offer valuable insights into wellness and tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Details:

Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Please wear gym attire suitable for Pilates.
