BYO MAT....This classical Pilates mat class event was created to bring community together in movement and teaching, We will work through the matwork exercise order with absolutely no expectations. Just have some fun and learn the order of exercises that Joseph Pilates created, It's a space for the community to move, connect and feel stronger also to provide an opportunity for new teachers to teach the mat repertoire and gain more experience and confidence in their teaching journey.

FYI...This class is designed as a general matwork Pilates session and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have an existing injury, ongoing pain, or specific physical limitations, please consider whether this class is appropriate for you.

All ticketing sales will be donated to Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC), an organisation that supports women and families in crisis and advocates for social change in the community, based in Redfern, Sydney.
