Pilates, Pastries & People – September 21st

We’ll begin with a 50-minute Pilates class focused on fun, flow, and playful shapes—no pressure, just movement that feels good. After class, enjoy coffee and morning tea while mingling with friends and neighbours, followed by an optional waterfront walk for those who’d like to stretch the morning a little further.
