Join us for an evening of joy and wellness on Friday 14th March, from 6pm to 10pm at Rye at Tallis.

Arrive just before 6pm, bring your yoga mat and towel, and be ready to end your day with good moves, good food, and great company. Jen will guide you through 75 minutes of invigorating pilates and meditation, featuring a warm-up, Pilates session, and a serene farewell meditation.

After the uplifting session, unwind with a Prosecco Spritz (your choice of Aperol, Limoncello or Rosé Spritzer) and our delicious, locally inspired Antipasto & Pizza! The delightful Kaitlyn Martin providing live entertainment while you sit back and relax.

This inclusive gathering welcomes all, whether you're a seasoned stretcher or a first-timer.
