Glow & Flow, Self Love Edition: Presented by Pilates with Bridget x Soul Social Club

Join us for an energising Saturday morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection at the stunning Collins Beach in Manly.

Begin your day empowered and refreshed with a 30-minute gentle pilates flow led by Bridget, designed to strengthen your body and ignite your inner power. This will be followed by a matcha and powerful guided journaling session with Holly from Soul Social Club, helping you cultivate more self-love, self-worth, and empowerment in your life, now!

Where and when:
Collins Flat Beach, Manly / 8am - 9.30am

What to bring:
Mat, journal, pen, water bottle & hat. Option to swim together afterwards 💛 If you don't have a mat, a towel will also work as we'll be on the sand.

Parking available on Stuart St (to avoid paying national park entry fees) and follow the track on the left down to the beach (5 min walk), or Collins Beach Rd (limited).
