Pinc & Steel Fundraiser: Movement, Breath & Sound Journey

Join us for a beginner friendly, deeply nourishing afternoon in support of the Pinc & Steel Foundation - a cause close to our hearts, dedicated to helping individuals navigate cancer recovery through rehabilitation and wellness.

Held in the stunning surrounds of Papamoa Surf Life Saving Club, this special event weaves together movement, breathwork, and sound therapy to support, uplift, and restore. As the session gently comes to a close, we’ll be held in the golden light of sunset - a tender moment to honour the journey, release with grace, and invite in renewal and hope.

We’ll also have an intimate guest speaker panel, sharing raw and heartfelt stories of strength, healing, and the power of community.

Trudi Calder (@trudicalderpilates) – Embodied movement guide & Pilates mentor
Trudi is a passionate Pilates teacher and mentor dedicated to sustainable movement, holistic well-being, and self-love. Her mission is to guide and walk alongside others on transformative journeys, helping them reconnect with their true, authentic selves through mindful movement and intentional practice. Her work creates space for deeper connection, balance, and vitality.

Sharnelle Lewis (@loveyou.healing) – Energy healer, Sound Therapist & breathwork practitioner
Sharnelle loves to help people step into their power and access their inner wisdom. Through energy work, and creative expression, she supports clients in breaking through limiting patterns and aligning with their true selves. Whether through personal transformation or capturing moments through the lens, Sharnelle encourages you to show up, play big, and live their most authentic lives.

Mary Bell (@freetobreathe_) – Neurosomatic Breath therapist and Trauma informed breathwork facilitator
Mary thrives on the power of relaxation. After struggling with chronic stress for years, breathwork helped her find deep rest and acceptance. Combining breathwork with inner child work and sound/frequency, Mary offers a transformative experience to reprogram the mind and promote healing.
