Open air, open flames, open tables.

Friday night energy, access to six hard-to-reach Great Southern wineries and a Mediterranean feast like Albany hasn't seen before.

Start with Pink: take part in a guided Rosé wine experience with host and wander barrel stations for complimentary tastings as you get to know the makers behind Barrel Farm’s own Yilgarnia Wines and five more boutique wine producers who don’t have a cellar door. Choose your favourite Rosé wines to have by the glass and pair with savoury and salty canapés.

Then turn to Pepper: pull up a stool or share a bench for a Mediterranean feast. Head Chef Paolo Butto and his team will be amongst us as they prepare and serve from a coal and jarrah open air barbeque plus cold + warm sides fresh from their large pans including GF vegetarian risotto. It’s a night to taste the diversity of the Great Southern. The canapes and feast include Paolo’s famous octopus, marron, wagyu, chorizo sausage and tasty lamb ribs that pair perfectly with our region's peppery Shiraz and a touch of dark chocolate.

Enjoy the outdoors under glowing lights, and top-tier local produce served without the white tablecloths. All set to a live soundtrack by Adam Grok and his signature blend of heartland roots, blues and folk.
