🌸 The pink moon is named due to a pink wildflower, which is a creeping phlox or moss phlox.

🌸 April’s full Moon often corresponded with the early springtime blooms of a certain wildflower native to eastern North America.

🌸 Celebrate the Pink Full Moon while immersing yourself in the sound healing journey guided by Sharma Slavish (@peaceofsharma) and Monica Arcoya (@monicaarcoya).

WHAT IS ASTRO YOGA?
Astro yoga is a combination of yoga and astrology that dates back thousands of years. Many yoga practices focus on balancing the body’s energy centres, which also have planetary, zodiac, and elemental (earth, fire, air, water, ether) associations.

Depending on the positioning of the Sun and other planets, our emotions and physical body is affected differently. The practise of yoga offers the opportunity to access our deep sense of well-being, and astrology offers tools for how to navigate time and our life purpose.

Together, they form a powerful practice that can catapult you on the path to becoming a more potent version of yourself. Aligning your yoga practice with the timing of the cosmos and nature returns you to a more aligned, natural state.
