Pinnacle Dragon Boating Club Orange - Give it a Go!

Pinnacle Dragons gather on Sunday mornings for fitness, fun and friendship. We are a group of mixed ages and stages and invite anyone to join us for a free introduction to Dragon Boating in Orange during the Rainbow Festival.
During the sessions we work together as a team coordinating our paddling for smooth and efficient movement forward. It's an all body workout using leg, core and arm strength. Dragon Boating promotes fitness, team building and psychological health benefits and there is a world of Dragon Boaters to discover.
We meet at the Boat Pontoon (about 150 metres on the right from the beach), have a brief safety and warm up exercise and then hop in the boat to paddle anticlockwise around the beautiful Lake Canobolas.
Needless to say, the chats over coffee at the Lakeside Cafe afterwards is also an important part of our morning!Come and give it a go!
