FAQs

1. What should I wear? Anything you are comfortable in. Leggings, track pants, shorts (not baggy ones). To add some fun you may like to dress up in some fun Lycra…think “Let’s Get Physical “

2. Do I need to bring anything? A water bottle & hand towel is recommended as you will get a workout

3. How long is the event? The entire Pinot & Pilates event runs for 2 hours

4. Does it matter if I’ve never attended a Pilates class? Absolutely NOT. This session is suitable to all levels, and for those who like to laugh at themselves and (maybe others)
