Sailors Grave Tap Takeover & Set Menu
Event description
Sailors Grave Brewing is a brewery based in Orbost Victoria, known for their innovative approach to brewing. Husband-and-wife duo Chris and Gab blend traditional styles while sourcing local ingredients, often using wild and natives from the region. With focus on creativity and sustainability, their brewery offers a glimpse into life eating and drinking in East Gippsland.
Bringing their coastal East Gippsland flair to Bridge Road Brewers Brunswick, we will be taking over the taps and hosting a set menu dinner with matching beers. Sourcing ingredients used in Chris and Gab's own kitchen; the set menu will be inspired by the region with each course matched to a Sailor's Grave beer. Chris and Gab will also be in the house for the evening to talk about their beers and what makes them so special!
This unique dining experience offers a true taste of Sailor's Grave Brewing and we can't wait to have them down for a fun night of food and beer!
