Join us for our second Partners in Tenancy, Community, and Housing (PITCH) Morning Tea. 

Hear from our guest speaker and panel of industry experts before we present our Community Awards for those who are making a difference in the local community.

  • Real Estates will gain a better understanding of the support Encircle's Homestay program can provide to assist clients to sustain their tenancy.
  • Early referrals to Homestay, before tenants are served a Notice to Leave, provide better outcomes for your property owners.
  • A better understanding of Department of Housing products and how the Department of Housing assist Real Estates to keep tenants housed.
  • Reduction in cost of tenant turn over as more tenants would sustain their tenancy.
