We are thrilled to announce a very special one-off event for BiziWomen Connect members only, Pitch Perfect. We have a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best with our special guest, Jacqui Maloney, coming all the way from Melbourne, Victoria.
Jacqui Maloney is a renowned TV Media and Speakers Coach, dedicated to helping female founders and entrepreneurs become phenomenal speakers. Her goal is to empower women to take up space and be seen for their powerful and vulnerable storytelling and their ability to command a room. With her background in acting and voice-over, Jacqui helps her clients master any performance, from pitching to keynotes to morning television and everything in between.
With her expertise in engaging storytelling and magnetic stage craft, Jacqui will guide us through a hands-on workshop designed to boost our confidence and refine our 'stage presence' -whether that's an actual stage, a 1:1 conversation, or a live broadcast.
Workshop Highlights:
Come join us for this interactive workshop where we will hone your elevator pitch in a way that makes people take notice. Jacqui will share what to include and what to leave out, and then we'll learn about some stage presence techniques to really make your pitch come to life. At the end of the workshop, anyone brave enough will have the opportunity to pitch themselves in front of the group! Practice makes perfect when it comes to promoting yourself for job opportunities, funding, or prospective clients. Let's build your confidence and presenting skills and have fun at the same time!

More About Jacqui:
Actor and Speaker’s Coach, Jacqui Maloney, specialises in helping female speakers nail their presentations on stage and screen. She helps them understand the power of storytelling skills, body language on stage and how to build their reputation as the Keynote speaker in their respective industries.
Born and bred in sunny Perth, Western Australia, Jacqui had a passion for being on stage from a very early age. High school musicals and drama lessons were where she learnt how to develop her craft.
At 23, Jacqui packed her bags and moved to New York to study under the guidance of coaches Elizabeth Kemp and Susan Batson, who have taught Nicole Kidman and Bradley Cooper. She was determined to live her Hollywood dream and tell stories for a living. As part of her training, she developed important writing skills to craft an incredible story, how to develop your voice to be heard on stage and how to use your body language to convey your story.
She also learnt all about the impact and power of rejection.
Jacqui has worked for the last 15 years starring in roles from A Place to Call Home and Dr Blake Murder Mysteries, she’s been the face of national TV commercial campaigns and lends her voice to many big brands.
In 2020, Covid brought the creative arts world to a halt and like many, Jacqui was left pondering ‘what now?’ Jacqui, however, witnessed many people getting ‘lost’ on Zoom calls, because they didn’t possess the confidence or skills to present on camera with the same power and impact as they did on stage or in the room.
Jacqui saw the opportunity to educate due to lack of vital on camera skills and businesses were able to diversify because of it.
Jacqui helps professional women connect more deeply with their audiences by sharing honest, authentic and vulnerable stories. Her clients learn to own the stage and become influential in their field through magnetic keynotes and memorable stage presence.
