Event description

Propel presents Pivot: Creatives Connected!

Pivot: Creatives Connected is a one-day masterclass presented by Propel and returns to Perth in 2024! Taking place at The Platform, Pivot welcomes young people and emerging arts practitioners for an insightful day of keynote talks, panel discussions and workshops that serve to mentor and inspire.

On November 16th, hear from local and rising arts professionals across various artistic disciplines as they engage in a lasting dialogue about Perth’s dynamic arts landscape. Join us for an insightful day where speakers will draw upon their experiences, share insights into building a sustainable career in the creative industry, provide practical advice on navigating daily life as a creative, and much more.

The event will culminate with an opportunity to connect with the community, engage in candid conversations, and have a professional headshot taken at no cost.

The breadth of this year’s lineup and program is reflective of various creative disciplines, including poetry, music, dance, theatre, film, animation, installation, curation, performance, comedy, writing and more.
