Event description
Grief & Loss 9D Breathwork Journey
Who is it for?
This journey is for anyone navigating the depths of loss, whether it’s the passing of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or another significant life change. If you’re seeking a safe space to process sorrow, release emotional pain, and move forward with love and acceptance, this session is for you. 🌿
What to expect:
This deeply healing 9D Breathwork experience will support you to:
✨ Honor your emotions
✨ Process grief in a safe, guided way
✨ Release pain while inviting in peace
✨ Transform sorrow into love, wisdom, and resilience
Through a blend of breathwork, hypnotic affirmations, guided coaching, and immersive soundscapes, you’ll be held as you breathe through the natural cycle of grieving, creating space for acceptance, renewal, and a softer heart moving forward.
❤️Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is allow ourselves to fully feel. This journey is your invitation to honour the past while stepping into a future filled with light, strength, and clarity.
With each 9D journey, you will experience exactly what your body needs and is ready for. Our aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can fully embrace the 9D experience—allowing you to release, reset, and create the change you seek
