Pizza & Politics: 2026 SA State Election forum
Description
YACSA is thrilled to announce our state pre-election forum, Pizza and Politics will be held on 19 February 2026 in the Adelaide CBD (venue TBA).
Pizza and Politics is YACSA's way of bringing together young people aged 12–25 years and parliamentarians in a Q&A-style forum in the lead up to each state election.
It provides a platform for young people to directly ask decision makers questions about the issues important to them.
Panel members will provide a brief introduction on their party’s policies and positions relevant to young people and the youth sector before we open up for questions from the audience.
We have invited representatives from the Labor, Liberal, Greens and SA Best parties to come and present their different perspectives and positions on the questions asked. Keeping the panel this size will also give attendees a better opportunity to hear from each panelist under time constraints.
Register now and you'll be automatically entered into our prize draw* on the night.
Young people are encouraged to submit questions ahead of time here, even if they are unable to attend on the night. Early question submissions will also get you an extra entry into our prize draw!
🍕 Plus – refreshments and pizza provided!
Please note: Our panel may not get to every question on the night due to time or technological constraints. YACSA will collate un-answered questions and send them to the panelists for follow-up. Responses received will be sent to all attendees.
*Winner must be present at the time of the draw on 19 February 2026 to claim prize. If winner is not present, an alternate name will be drawn. To receive an additional entry, valid question submissions must include a name matching event registration. One additional entry per person.
